STAY INFORMED: Trail Access Status for Parker Flats on Former Fort Ord
As we head into the Labor Day Weekend, it's a good time to get reacquainted with public access on FORA ESCA RP properties. If you are planning on hiking or biking some of the trails on the former Fort Ord, please be aware that the Parker Flats area remains closed. The map below indicates that FORA ESCA RP land referred to as Parker Flats.
However, there are access routes (ESCA RP Access Routes Map) that will take you around Parker Flats and allow you to access the Fort Ord National Monument. If you are out and about on the former Fort Ord, enjoy the unique beauty of the land and remember to stay safe and hydrated. Enjoy the weekend!
