GROUP 2 MUNITIONS RESPONSE AREA

California State University Monterey Bay Off-Campus MRA

 

Located in the north central portion of the former Fort Ord, CSUMB Off-Campus is bounded by Inter-Garrison Road to the north, 8th Avenue to the west, CSUMB Property, Parker Flats MRA, and County North MRA to the south, and County North MRA to the east.  The CSUMB Off-Campus MRA comprises 333 acres. Planned fieldwork for this site was completed in 2012. A Proposed Plan was released in 2013 and a Record of Decision was signed in March of 2015. A Land Use Control Implementation Plan / Operation & Mantenance Plan was issued in August 2018.
