FORA and the FORA ESCA RP Team hosted a workshops for the local jurisdictions providing specific details of the requirements for implementing Land Use Controls (LUCs) and long term management responsiblities (i.e. the final remedy) on ESCA properties. Attendees were provided workbooks detailing each component of the LUCs and how to implement the requirements. Below, in elctronic form, are the contents of each tab provided in the workbooks.
