INTERIM ACTION RANGES MUNITIONS RESPONSE AREA

Interim Action Ranges MRA

 

Located in the north-central portion of the former Fort Ord, Interim Action Ranges is bounded by Eucalyptus Road to the north and the Army Historic Ranges to the south.  It comprises a total of 231 acres.  Planned fieldwork for this site was completed in 2012. The results of the field work and investigation are detailed in the Final Focused Feasbility Study. A Proposed Plan was published 14 March 2016 and a Final Record of Decision was issued on 18 January 2017. The Final Land Use Control Implementation Plan / Operations & Maintenance Plan was published in August 2018.
